Environmental Careers Advice at The Global Environment 2007

CIWEM’s annual conference, The Global Environment 2007, provides the perfect setting for students to find out about careers in the environmental sector.

You will be able to speak to those consultancies, agencies, NGOs and contractors who are exhibiting during the conference. With a complimentary glass of wine, you will hear from CIWEM’s Director of Professional Development about the benefits of student membership, CIWEM accredited courses and CIWEM’s new environmental careers website www.environmentalcareers.org.uk. And MWH will be hosting a short seminar on ‘Top tips for getting a job in this sector,’ as well as providing insight into what a career with them would involve.

Students will also be able to view environmental art exhibitions from students at The Royal College of Art and the University of Falmouth, and will receive complimentary copies of CIWEM’s leading magazine WEM.

As this event is free, numbers are limited and all students will have to pre-register to be able to attend. It will start promptly at 14.10 and will end at 15.10 on Wednesday 10th October 2007 at The Brit Oval, London.
